The National Judicial Council (NJC) says it has set up seven committees to probe petitions written against judicial officers.

WITHIN NIGERIA reports that this was disclosed on Friday in a statement issued by the National Judicial Council (NJC)’s director of information.

Soji Oye, the director of information of the National Judicial Council revealed that the decision was reached during meetings that were held on Wednesday and Thursday.

Recall that the National Judicial Council had put in place a policy to curb the disclosure of petitions against judicial officers.
