Senator Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna State, has welcomed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appointment of Gen. Christopher Gwabin Musa as Chief of Defence Staff.
In a statement signed by him, the governor said the appointment of an illustrious son of the state was “well-deserved.”
He described the new Chief of Defence Staff as a deserving ambassador for Kaduna State, with a distinguished military career and many strategic positions, including Theatre Commander Operation Hadin Kai.
He thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for selecting a son of the state for this important national assignment.
Similarly, Ekiti State governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for the appointments of two illustrious citizens of the state, Mr Dele Alake as Special Adviser on Special Duties, Communication and Strategy and Hon Ibrahim Olanrewaju, as Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (House of Representatives).
