The Kaduna State Government has procured 150 vehicles and 500 motorcycles, slated for distribution to security agencies within the state to combat banditry. These acquisitions aim to bolster the efforts of security forces to address the menace of criminal activities within the region.

During the commissioning ceremony of the vehicles and motorcycles, dubbed “Operation Fushin Kada,” Governor Senator Uba Sani underscored the government’s commitment to safeguarding residents’ lives and affirmed the administration’s dedication to furnishing security agencies with necessary resources for effective operations.

Governor Sani also reiterated his administration’s staunch endorsement of establishing state police, applauding federal lawmakers from the state for their support towards this initiative.

In his address, Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs Samuel Aruwan emphasized the pivotal role of mobility in security.
