NYSC announces orientation commencement date for Batch ‘B’ Stream II corps

  • This was disclosed in a circular dated August 7, 2023, and titled “2024 Batch “B” Orientation Course”.

The National Youth Service Corps has released the schedule for the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course.

The batch, according to the NYSC, will begin orientation course on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

This was disclosed in a circular dated August 7, 2023, and titled “2024 Batch “B” Orientation Course”.

It was signed by the Director, PRS, Ahmed Ikaka, for the Director General of the corps.

The circular noted that the orientation exercise will take place across all 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory.

The registration is slated to run from August 28 to August 30.

The deadline for registration is set at midnight on Friday, August 30, 2024.

The swearing-in ceremony, a significant event marking the official start of the service year for the new corps members, is scheduled for Friday, August 30, 2024.

The course will then proceed through various activities aimed at preparing the corps members for their service year, culminating in a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 17, 2024
