Recovered items included 106 AK-47 rifles, 38 fabricated rifles, 26 dane guns, and other firearms.

Additionally, troops seized 1,410 rounds of 7.62mm special ammo, 1,074 rounds of 7.62mm NATO, and other ammunition.

In the Niger Delta, troops destroyed 83 illegal refining sites, 20 crude oil cooking ovens, and 42 boats.

Buba noted the recovery of 914,445 litres of stolen crude oil, 537,325 litres of illegally refined AGO, and 1,285 litres of PMS.

Troops’ operations have severely weakened terrorist ranks, forcing them into desperate recruitment drives on social media.
