  • He expressed gratitude to all union members and his admirers.

Musiliu Akinsanya, erstwhile Lagos chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), has taken oath as national president.

Mercy Ibeh, the union’s legal advisor, officiated the swearing-in ceremony at Abuja’s national secretariat on Monday.

Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, emerged unopposed in the election held at Osun’s zonal secretariat over the weekend.
