The incident was reported by Bakatsine, a security analyst, via a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday.
According to the post, the armed men stormed the community late in the night, shooting sporadically causing panic among residents.
“Yesterday night, bandits stormed Kware community shooting sporadically, they killed two people namely Shamsu Na Alje and Ya’u Na Dudu,” the post read.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities in Sokoto State have yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack.
