  • APC chair says student loan scheme ensures even the poorest child in Nigeria can now reach the highest educational level.
  • N1.5bn has been released into the Bank of Agriculture to support young Nigerians venturing into agriculture, Yilwatda revealed.

The national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has declared that President Bola Tinubu cannot be defeated in the 2027 elections.

Yilwatda made the declaration on Tuesday in Abuja while receiving members of the APC League of Professionals at the party’s national secretariat.

He said the party would work towards the victory of all its candidates vying for national, state assembly, and governorship positions across the country.

The APC chairman, who hails from Plateau state, said the Renewed Hope Agenda had brought positive results that justify his confidence.

He cited ongoing policies like the student loan scheme and empowerment initiatives as evidence of the government’s commitment to bettering citizens’ lives.

“The child of the poorest man in Nigeria can now go to school to the peak without borrowing from anywhere,” he said.

“The government has made provision for that. This is the only time we’ve had that in the history of Nigeria,” he added.

“The government has dropped N1.5 billion into the Bank of Agriculture to support young men, who want to go into agriculture,” Yilwatda stated.
