A fatal auto accident along Aba-Ikot Ekpene road in Abia State has left at least seven dead.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident which happened at Ukpakiri junction along the Federal road.
The vehicles involved are a Toyota Sienna SUV belonging to an Akwa Ibom-based transport company and a red coloured tipper conveying wet sand.
The two vehicles were said to have collided leaving most of the occupants of the Sienna SUV dead.
As at the time of this report, relevant authorities are yet to comment or put out official statement regarding the incident.
But some residents and motorists along the road attribute the accident to over speeding on the part of the Toyota Sienna driver.
However, some residents claimed that a break failure suffered by the tipper led to the accident
