Troops of Operation FANSAN YANMA have repelled a bandit attack on Mai-Kwanugga village in Jangebe district, Talata Mafara Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

The attempted attack occurred at about 8:15am on Saturday, July 5, when a group of armed bandits tried to invade the village.

“The body of the deceased was taken to the General Hospital in Jangebe for further examination.”
