From her time as the innocent faced girl in the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) sponsored drama series, I Need to Know, she has entertained Nigerians and many others all over the world. Her most famous role to date still remains the controversial university student Jenifa in the movie of the same name. That role alone made her a household name. Fans couldn’t even get enough that she had to launch a TV series starring the character. The show has become a household name with it directly responsible for the careers of the likes of Lota Chukwu and Olayode Juliana.
We also saw rapper Falz in another light. Who knew he act so convincingly? Like a number of celebrities on her level, Funke has had her own share of controversy.
