Actor Kunle Afolayan distances himself from brother’s rant over his Lagos airport experience

Nigerian actor Kunle Afolayan has taken to social media to make things clear to people who confuse him for his lookalike brother, Aremu Afolayan.

It was earlier reported that Aremu Afolayan who is also an actor had taken to social media to call out government officials after he had a bad experience at Murtala Mohammed Airport.

The actor had called out government officials in a series of videos he shared on his Instagram page.

After the videos became a topic of viral controversial discussions on social media, Kunle Afolayan took to his social media platforms to make things clear to people who have called or sent in messages over the video outburst.

The actor clarified that the person who shared the video is his brother, Aremu, not him. He said: “Good morning all, I have been receiving a lot of calls and comments from people who are mistaken me for Aremu Afolayan in regards to this video.”

 

In another post on Instagram, the actor said: “For clarity purpose. I think it is imperative I clear the air. Aremu Afolayan is the one in this video and not Kunle Afolayan. People have been responding to the video and tagging my handles as I have also received some calls.
