Eucharia Anunobi has waded into the recent scourge in the Nigerian society – news of suicides and suicidal thoughts filling the social media in the past few days.
The cleric, in a video posted on Instagram reminded people that suicide is not an option and it is even a sin against God. She further mentioned that the world is full of troubles and it was not promised that there would not be troubles and trials for everyone.
She captioned the video:
I don’t know who you are and where you are now watching this video. PLEASE SUICIDE IS NOT AN OPTION. I stand on the finished work of Jesus Christ and I command that spirit of depression to loose its hold over you now

Use me as a point of contact…I lost my son and every body practically deserted me
I haven’t given up and I want to tell you don’t give up
All will be well
Suicide is not an option it’s a sin against God for anyone to think about taking their life
Don’t give the devil the opportunity to laugh at you to have the final say
Why we are in this world Jesus never told us that we would have no trouble
He said when you pass through the fire I would be with you”
