It has been reported that the Supreme Court on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, dismissed the two suits filed by Ned Nwoko, challenging the election of Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi as the PDP candidate representing Delta North district in the Oct. 2, 2018 primary of the party held in Delta.
Nwoko is the billionaire husband of teenage Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels. The five-man panel of justices led by Justice Inyang Okoro dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction.
The Federal High Court in Abuja had in April declared Ned Nwokw as the true candidate of the PDP for the February 23, 2019, National Assembly election. But the Court of Appeal in Abuja had reversed the April 3, 2019 judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja which sacked Senator Nwaoboshi as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Delta North Senatorial seat. Nwoko went to the Supreme Court to challenge the decision of the Appeal Court but has now lost the case.
This is coming after Nigerians blasted Regina Daniels for not posting pictures of her husband, Ned Nwoko on her ever-active Instagram page.
The adorable wife of the 59-year-old billionaire, Ned Nwoko, innocently took to her Instagram page to share some beautiful pictures of her obviously dressed for an event. In the pictures, Regina looked well put together as she also flashed her huge diamond ring. She captioned the new set of pictures “served fresh and hot #ur breakfast”.
Nigerians, however, were able to dig up a video that proved Regina Daniels didn’t go out alone, she went into the company of her husband. In fact, the billionaire politician, Ned Nwoko couldn’t get enough of his beautiful wife as he was filmed staring at his wife in admiration. At a point, the pair began to have a close conversation before bursting into laughter.
Nigerians were puzzled as to why she deliberately posted single pictures of herself and some openly voiced their questions.A fan identified as Yuddie said: “When will you start posting your husband’s pictures with you? Na another people dey help you are you shy ni? that’s the price of marrying an older man, but please you gotta accept it like that.”
Another fan’s thought mirrored Yuddie’s closely. Damian7_j said: “Why do you ‘found’ in difficult to post you and your husband picture?”
