An Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba has nullified the election of Senator James Manager as the lawmaker representing Delta South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.
Following petitions filed by Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, a former Delta State Governor and the Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Delta State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal cancelled the election on grounds of gross irregularities

The three-man panel led by Justice Chioma Onyeabor, also ordered for a fresh election within 90 days in its judgement delievered on Saturday September 7.
