Nollywood actress and mother of one, Tonto Dikeh who is known to be a direct and blunt person, has yet again confirmed she is into surgery.
Tonto in a post she shared today on Instagram has revealed she gorges on food whenever she can and relies on surgery to reduce her body fat.
In the picture, she could be seen eating from a wide array of plates and captioned her post,
