Lagos Deputy Governor arrests commercial bus drivers for driving against traffic

Two months after Obafemi Hamzat, the deputy governor of Lagos State arrested motorists around Carter Bridge in Lagos, no fewer than two commerical drivers have been apprehended by the deputy governor for driving against traffic.

WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the commercial drivers were apprehended at Majidun area of Ikorodu on Saturday, December 28th.

According to reports, buses with registration numbers FKJ 704 XK and FKJ 864 XV, were driving inward Ikorodu using the outward Ikorodu Lane.

The two buses and drivers were handed over to the Divisional Police Officer at Owode Onirin Police Station for necessary action.
