Nigerians have continue to condemn the recent protests demonstrated by the Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, popularly known as Shi’ites over the killing of a top Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani following an airstrike by the United States of America.
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that the Shi’ites members yesterday led a procession against the US government over the killing of the Iran’s Military General in Abuja.
During the Protest, they burnt a US flag condemning the killing of Soleimani.
Meanwhile, Nigerians have berated the members of the IMN who trooped out to protest yesterday.
The recent trending was that of a Nigerian who was filmed in a 2 minutes video clip, @IAMEHIGLAD, according to him “ the protesters are best describe as a cowards and hypocrites”.
He went further slamming the protesters that of those killings in Nigeria executed by Boko Haram Sect, herdmens, none was demonstrated by the Muslim group. He said instead, they have pleasure in protesting for an Iranian general who don’t even recognize them before his departure.
He blasted the IMN members for what he ascribed as a ‘misplaced priority’.
He however, throw weigh behind US, that no one will expect the US to fold arm and allow the Iranian to strike on its territory and its citizenry, saying the Nigerian protesters are nothing but “hypocrites”.
