A fire outbreak which occured on Wednesday, July 1 in the Ajao market, Lagos state has destroyed properties worth millions of naira.

It was also learnt that some adjouring houses were also affected by the fire incident.

As at the time of reportage, the cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be ascertained.

According to report, officials of the Lagos Fire Service, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) are on ground working to put out the fire.
