Nollywood actress, Rachael Okonkwo, loses mum

Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo has lost her mother.

The 33-year-old announced the death of her mum on Sunday on Instagram, although she did not reveal the cause of death.

“My world is shattered. My life is crumbled. RIP mama NKOLI. Where do I start from?” she asked with crying emojis.

Rachael is often referred to as Nkoli from a movie, Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, in which she played the lead character.

The 2014 movie brought her to limelight.

In another Instagram post, the actress shared the picture of a burning candle with the caption, “My life will never remain the same.”

In other news, John Travolta says his wife Kelly Preston has died from breast cancer.

The actor wrote on Instagram: “It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer.

“She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many.”
