Tragedy as the paramount ruler of Igala Kingdom, His Royal Majesty (HRM) Micheal Ameh Oboni II is reportedly dead.
This is coming weeks after WITHIN NIGERIA reported that the Attah of Igala, Idakwo Ameh Oboni 11 has sacked officials of the apex Igala Cultural Development Association, ICDA.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the monarch died on Thursday morning at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the royal father’s death is still sketchy.
According to sources, the monarch died after battling with a brief ailment.
The royal father, Oboni II before his death was the chairman of Kogi State traditional council.
