Nigeria records 111 new cases of COVID-19, total hits 60103

BREAKING: NCDC confirms 114 new cases of COVID-19 as toll hits 1095

As Nigeria continues its fight against COVID-19, 111 new cases of the deadly virus have been recorded in 11 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

This was disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official Twitter handle on Saturday night.

The centre, NCDC revealed that the total number of infections in the country has increased to 60,103 and 51,711 positive patients were discharged after they tested positive.

Plateau had the highest number of cases with 32 new cases and Lagos recorded 23 new infections.

Other states are; “FCT – 15, Osun – 11, Ogun – 9, Oyo – 6, Imo – 4, Bauchi – 3, Kaduna – 3, Yobe – 3, Rivers – 2.”
