2020 BET Soul Train Awards: Wizkid, Beyonce’s ‘Brown Skin Girl’ Wins Video Of The Year

Self-acclaimed Starboy and multiple award winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, has bagged another award following his recent win at the 2020 BET Soul Train Award.

International award-winning collaborative single, ‘Brown Skin Girl’ by Beyonce and Wizkid, emerged winner in the ‘Video Of The Year‘ category.

BET shared the good news on its official Twitter page and congratulated the winners.

“Congrats to @Beyonce, Blue Ivy (youngest winner ever!), @SAINtJHN & @wizkidayo for winning Video of the Year for Brown Skin Girl! #SoulTrainAwards”, it wrote.

The song is off Beyonce’s The Lion King: The Gift album.

The award show which held on Sunday, November 29 aired on BET and saw American superstar, Chris Brown, emerge top winner with four awards including, Best R&B/Soul male artist and Song of the Year.

The ceremony was hosted by Martin stars Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold.
