Professor Shu’aibu Aliyu has been appointed by President Bola Tinubu as the Petroleum Technology Development Fund’s (PTDF) Executive Secretary.
WITHIN NIGERIA learned that President Tinubu appointed Aliyu after Ahmed Galadima Aminu resigned from the position to run for governor of Adamawa State in 2027.
The president expects Prof. Shehu Aliyu to use his depth of expertise to reposition the PTDF for greater effect in human capital development, innovation, and strategic support for the oil and gas sector in line with national priorities, according to a statement signed and released by Bayo Onanuga, presidential spokesperson.
