One 55-year-old year, Abdulraheem Jimoh has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl at the Mayegun area of Alagbado, Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.

The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Babawale Zaid, paraded the suspect on Tuesday at the state command.

According to the Zaid, the suspect lured the minor into his shop with N100 after which he defiled the 12-year-old girl.

He added that after defiling the minor, Jimoh then threatened to kill her if she ever revealed what happened to anyone.
