Dr Adenike Salawu, wife of the Oyo State All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leader, Mogaji Isiaka Ajibola Areokuta on Sunday night regained her freedom unhurt.
She was abducted last week Sunday by gunmen at the entrance of her house in Aromolaran area, Ibadan.
Confirming the release, her husband Areokuta said “I thank God. My wife was released late last night.”
It was gathered that she was released after an undisclosed amount was paid as ransom to the Kidnappers.
The woman speaking on her release,said she thank God for granting her freedom again.
