Four persons were on Sunday evening trapped after a 40ft container fell on a saloon car around Abalti Barracks along Funsho Williams Avenue, Surulere in Lagos.

It was gathered that the truck, which was heading towards Stadium, fell sideways and landed on a Toyota car with four occupants.

The Director General (DG) Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyintolu, who confirmed the incident, said two of the trapped victims have been extricated from the vehicle.

Oke-Osanyintolu said the victims were alive, adding that the remaining two have been recovered from the car and taken to the hospital for medical attention.
