Gunmen have reportedly killed three and injured three other persons in Bassa Local Government area of Plateau state.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Monday after the gunmen attacked Hukke village of Miango in Irigwe chiefdom.
A statement by the Secretary-General of Irigwe Development Association, (IDA), Mr Danjuma Auta, identified the deceased as: Barry Ive 42; Isaiah Gado 45; and Weyi Chohu 40.
Auta added those three injured include Bosco Gbere 50; Barnabas Lundi 20; and Moses Bombo 28.
The Nation reported that when contacted, the spokesman of Plateau Police Command, ASP, Gabriel Ubah, said, “l’m in a meeting now. l will get back to you”.
