As more trapped bodies get recovered from the site of the collapsed 21-storey-building in Ikoyi, Lagos state, a heartbreaking clip of a father speaking about his 16-year-old son, Emmanuel Abel, who is believed to be trapped under the rubbles has been shared online.

In the video, the devasted father who couldn’t hold back tears said all he wants is just to see his son dead or alive, saying that he is not in pursuit of justice.

The man also said that he had previously pleaded with Governor Sanwoolu to allow him see the bodies that were brought out of the collapsed building to check for his son who will turn 17, next month.

According to him Sanwoolu promised to assist him today but he is yet to see him. He further stressed that all he wants is to see his son whether dead or alive.
