On Monday night, suspected Fulani militias attacked Unguwan Bulus village in Zaman Dabo community, Atyap Chiefdom in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State, murdering roughly six persons, wounding others, and torching houses and possessions.

The suspected Fulani militias were claimed to have invaded the area in huge numbers while the people were sleeping, armed with modern weaponry.

According to a source, one of the attackers was critically injured and is currently being treated in a hospital.

According to the source, the alleged Fulani militias arrived about 10 p.m. and began firing haphazardly, killing the victims.
