“The young man was popular on our street and I was told he recently went for introduction ahead of his coming marriage. My last born was close to him because he was a friendly person. It was because of that people on the street said Okada riders should not work today.”

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Kontongs Bello, could not reached for comments.

But a senior police officer said, “We have yet to get that report but I suspect that the family would report to the police station close to the area and the DPO will definitely brief the Commissioner of Police later on.”
