Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Aviation Minister, on Tuesday condemned the killing of a pregnant woman named Fatima, her four children, and six others in Anambra State.

The victims, all of northern descent, were allegedly killed on Sunday in Isulo, Orumba North Local Government Area of the state.

In a tweet on his official Twitter account, Kayode called the incident “shameful and barbaric.”

He also urged the authorities to treat those responsible for the crime as beasts.
He tweeted: “The killing of a heavily pregnant northern lady by the name of Fatima together with her 4 children and 6 others in Anambra State by unknown gunmen is shameful & barbaric.
