Gunmen killed a worshipper after attacking a mosque during Magrib prayers located at Jalo Junction in Saminaka area of Jalingo metropolis, Taraba State.
The attackers numbering about 10, also abducted a businessman and his son who is a secondary school student on Thursday, October 20.
According to Daily Trust, kidnappers have killed several persons, including a policeman and abducted more than 30 people in the area in the last few months.
The kidnappers who are reportedly operating from mountains across river Lamurde in Ardo-Kola local government area, have forced many residents to relocate from the area.
