I’ll Appoint 100,000 Special Advisers

It will be remembered that Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike defended his decision to appoint 50,000 political advisers just months before stepping down.

Wike stated that the move is part of his administration’s efforts to alleviate poverty and create more jobs in Rivers State.

The Rivers State Governor added that he is not finished and will raise the figure to 100,000.

He stated that the appointments are based on public feedback, and more Rivers State residents are eager to join the movement.

He stated that the appointments would not drain the state government’s resources because they are carefully planned to produce value and that his administration would also employ civil servants.
