Dr Femi Olaleye was arraigned in an Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on Wednesday for alleged defilement of his wife’s 16-year-old niece (name withheld).

Olaleye, the medical director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, was granted bail of N50 million with two sureties in the same amount by Justice Ramon Oshodi.

The doctor was remanded in Ikoyi Correctional Centre by the court pending the completion of his bail.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
