One Christian Tubaba, a mechanic, is facing arrest for alleged cheating.

The order to arrest him is sequel to the issuance of a bench warrant against him by an area court in Kubwa, a town in Bwari Area Council of the FCT.

The complainant, Mr Mazi Amaralam, filed a complaint against the defendant for criminal breach of trust and cheating.

The Judge, Yahaya Sheshi, said that he had seen the proof of service showing that a court summons was served on the defendant on February 2.

Sheshi, therefore, issued the warrant authorising the arrest of the defendant and adjourned to February15.

The complainant had alleged that he gave the defendant his Peugeot 406 at the Byazhin Across area for repairs on December 10, and that he charged him N48,000, but that after dismantling the car, he refused to fix it.
