It was a moment confusion at Union Primary school, Nsukka, Enugu state polling unit as thug that snatched BVAS was arrested by the army.
However, voting was suspended for some minutes as a result of the incident.
Nsukka has been relatively peaceful unlike the previous presidential elections when there was sporadic gun shots in the University town.
In any case low turnout of the voters was quite noticeable during today’s election in most areas in the town.
Many blamed this on INEC’s alleged mishandling of the last election.
At the moment the thug was whisked away to Nsukka Urban police station.
