Prof. Isa Pantami, former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, has received an ‘Award of Excellence’ from Qausain TV.
Malam Albanin Agege, the National President of the television station, presented him with the award in Abuja.
According to Agege, the former minister deserved the award because of his numerous contributions to the development of the communications and digital economy sectors.
He also stated that he repositioned Nigeria’s digital economy sector on the path of sustainable development in recognition of the laudable policies developed under his supervision of the ministry.
Pantami thanked the station’s management for recognizing his achievements in the industry as he accepted the award.
He also praised Qausain TV for its efforts in providing quality content and providing good services to humanity in Nigeria and beyond.
The former minister’s family and friends, as well as a media delegation, attended the event.
