Acknowledging the complexity of the security situation in the Niger Delta, Adejobi underscored the need for a holistic approach, considering factors such as population, economic activities, and the oil industry.
“This is not just a localized issue; it affects all geopolitical zones. Our objective is to ensure a peaceful society across Nigeria,” he explained.
While expressing concern over the spate of incidents in Delta State, Adejobi reassured the public of the authorities’ concerted efforts to address the security challenges, with collaboration from state officials, traditional leaders, and citizens.
