The administration of Governor Seyi Makinde has issued a warning to all head teachers and teachers in Oyo State to refrain from holding meetings, both within and outside public school premises, during school hours.

This directive was made public by Nureni Adeniran, Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board, while monitoring the resumption of schools in Ibadan on Tuesday.

Adeniran emphasized that any primary school head teacher found engaging in such activities will face strict disciplinary measures.

“This is a clear warning to all head teachers and teachers to avoid holding meetings during school hours,” he stated. “Any primary school head teacher who violates this directive will be severely dealt with.”
