A man simply identified as success has killed his biological father in Delta State.
The suspect reportedly stabbed the deceased to death on Sunday, 12th January 2025 in Sapele Local Government Area of the State.
Not much is known yet on what transpired between success and his father that prompted the suspect to stab his him.
It was learnt that the father sustained serious injuries as a result of the stabbing and he was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
But the father later died on Monday, 13th January 2025 in the hospital.
The police promptly arrested the suspect and he is currently cooling off his heels in the cell.
Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the tragic incident to newsmen.
“The incident occurred yesterday (Sunday) but the father died today. Success is in custody,” he said
