  • The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, has ordered a thorough investigation

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested three suspects for allegedly vandalising and stealing transformer cables in Wuro Dole, Girei Local Government Area.

Police spokesperson SP Suleiman Nguroje said the suspects—Rabiu Ali (28), Muhammad Musa (42), and Abubakar Usman (18)—were apprehended following a tip-off. Three others involved in the crime remain at large.

“They conspired to vandalise the transformer and remove armoured cables for wrongful personal gains,” Nguroje stated.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, has ordered a thorough investigation and directed the Deputy Commissioner in charge of CID to track down the fleeing suspects.
