While speaking in an exclusive interview with New Telegraph, former Big Brother Naija housemate, Anthony Edet Offiong, popularly known as Thin Tall Tony, has opened up about his time in BBNaija, his relationship with fellow Housemates, his plans, music, and other issues.
Here are excerpts from the chat;
Who is Thin Tall Tony?
Thintalltony is an entertainer (a total team player) creative and always looking into new ways to improve his art and his environment as well.
Were you impressed with the performance of the Housemates in this year’s BBNaija?
The performance really doesn’t matter as the show itself is to show your real view to the public and it is up to the people to relate either one once they feel or have a connection be it life style or from a creative side.
How have you been coping with fame?
Fame is really difficult when you look closely but I don’t let that get into the way I present myself. So, it doesn’t eat out of my originality.
If by chance you find yourself again in BBNaija, what would you like to do differently?
If I find my way in again! I will give them the greatest show ever. I guess when we get to that bridge we will know how to cross it.
How do you unwind?
Spending time with the family I make sure for every break I have I spend fully with them because work can totally take you time but I always have my playstation not far from me and watching series too.
Do you plan to into music someday? Why?
Yes, I would love to try my hands there, being a choreographer. I already did a song with kpeace, but really don’t know why the song isn’t out yet. It’s another field to ex-press, and I believe with a great song I can totally change the way people see it. You can Google the song “Sorry” the dancers made the song what is it today.
If the pay is right, would you act nude?
Yes the pay has to be right to play nude and let’s not forget! It’s acting to make believe and it’s required of you as the actor to look beyond that and make the story count.
Has your actions in the house affected in anyway affected your relationship with madam (your wife)?
It has but for a better turn…we lived in the house acting from riddles passed to us unknowingly and how you reacted as human was the reason for the show anyways. But the great thing about my self and my iyawo is! We communicate better nowadays.
What did you miss mostly about BBNaija?
I missed the creative sections and how to let out all your negative to a positive use creatively
What is the relationship between you and other Housemates, especially Bisola and T-Boss?
The relationship will never end because we are now a kind of family on our own now, even if some of us don’t relate always, but that will never change. Everyone is making waves for themselves, so really not enough time goes round for us as when we were fresh out of the House.
Life already has its wipe on us, so we have to always run fast. Relationship between Bisola and Tboss is fair. They are beautiful ladies and single and I’m a family man so plenty difference but we will always be best of friends.
