Mr. Femi Adesina who is the Special Adviser to Nigeria’s President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) on Media and Publicity has addressed some biting issues.

The very eloquent and experienced media expert, Femi Adesina opened the door of his Aso Rock Villa, Abuja office to Asabe Afrika TV team on Friday, July 20 as he was engaged on several topics bordering on national governance, the image of his principal, political challenges across the country, the economy, security and sundry issues.

A cool, calm and collected Mr. Adesina who is a former President of Nigeria’s Guild of Editors took our questions one by one proffering adequate responses and enlightening that shone light on grey areas.

Mr. Adesina assured Nigerians that his principal Mr. Buhari is much more concerned about the predicament of countrymen and is on a passionate venture to eradicate poverty and mystery across the country.

Mr. Adesina equally shared intelligence with Asabe Afrika why Mr. Buhari deserves a second term despite wide criticism. He went ahead to state why the imagined ‘evil spirit’ that is said to be responsible for ill health and deaths inside Aso Rock is afraid of him.

His predecessor, Dr. Reuben Abati had written a famous article few months after leaving power, claiming that Aso Rock, the seat of power in Abuja is full of demonic spirits that kills politicians, leaders or their spouses from time to time.

He cited the experience of late General Sani Abacha, late President Umar Yar’ Adua and the near death experiences (13 surgeries) of former first lady, Dame Patience Ibifaka Jonathan.

But Mr. Adesina, the current occupant of that exalted office has a different story.
