It was a ‘proud dad’ for Afrobeat legend Femi Kuti as he announced via his Instagram page that his son, Made Kuti has officially joined him onboard the Positive Force Band.

Music runs in the family and like Femi who also joined his father Fela’s band during his early years before going solo, Made’s addition to the band was something that has been expected for long and he is already set to jam with the band on its tour in Belgrade and Paris.

Femi shared “Omorinmade (my Son) “now a proud member of my band ” and I leaving tonight with the positive force band to Belgrade to perform with the philamonic orchestra and Paris”.

The legendary singer is expected to headline his exclusive ‘A Night With Femi Kuti’ premium concert here in Lagos on the 22nd of September.
