Former Vice President and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has described the just-concluded National Convention of the party as the best and most credible after scoring 1532 votes to defeat his closest opponent, Aminu Tambuwal, who polled 693 votes.
Speaking on Obasanjo impact in his political career, Atiku thanked the former president for making him his Vice President.
“Under his tutelage I had so many experiences, which will help me in achieving more in power.
“I wish to pay my personal tribute to him,” Atiku added
