Although the identity of the murdered men couldn’t be immediately be ascertained, one of the dead was killed around the Ota-Ona axis of the town while the other was shot dead round Owolowo/Isikalu street adjacent the palace of the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi.
According to reports, the unfortunate incident which is just getting to Ikorodu town has been a concurrent thing in the outskirts for several weeks now.
There has been a recurrence in the clash of cultists in Odogunyan area of Ikorodu while the violence has also at intervals claimed several lives which never made it to the media.
