A yet-to-be identified woman has been arrested on Monday by men of the Osun State Police Command in Ikire, Osun state.
Reacting to the incident, the Police Public Relations in the state, Mrs Folashade Odoro confirmed the arrest to newsmen.
The PPRO said that the suspect concealed the hand in a bag and that she was arrested following intelligence reports.
Mrs Folashade disclosed that the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Johnson Kokumo has ordered police detective to ensure proper investigation into the matter.
