A video of Nigerian Grammy nominated, multiple award winning singer, Damini Ogulu professionally known as Burna Boy and Multiple Grammy award winning American rapper Kanye West together exchanging pleasantries is making rounds online.
Upon meeting the American rapper for the first time, excited Burna Boy flooded his Instastory channel with clips that captured the moment of their meet.
The two were seen exchanging a warm brotherly love as their individual crew members stood by and watched. Many wasted no time in capturing the historical moment on their mobile devices and camera.
In 2018, Burna Boy released his hugely successful single Ye. He got the attention of many in the international scene as he was mistaken for American rapper, Kanye West, who had equally released a body of work titled Ye, in June of that year.
Since the incident, many had been wondering if the two musical powerhouse would eventually get to meet each other, and perhaps have a musical collaboration.
Well, the legendary meet up finally happened, but chances that they may collaborate on a musical project are considerably slim. This is because of Kanye’s new found spirituality and how it affects the kind of music he wants to make.
