President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in the new Head of Civil Service, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan.
The swearing in ceremony held at the Executive Council Chamber of the State House at about 11:07am, just before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
